- These rules hereby represent the terms and conditions for any Twitter promotions, giveaways, offers, advertisements, private placements, and engagements. Any Twitter promotions are offered as is and without warranty. Ethical Finance (We) reserves the right to cancel or amend any and all promotions at any given time and without notice to participants.

- In order to be eligible for any promotion, participants must always “Like,” “Comment,” and “Retweet (With A Minimum Of 3 Separate, Unique Accounts “Tagged”)”.
- Tweets made by participants seeking eligibility must remain ‘posted’ or ‘active’ for at least 30 days. Any Any Tweet entries that are deleted prior to 30 days from the beginning of the offer will immediately become ineligible for the promotion in which they participated in.
- We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without exception.
- Any dollar amounts quoted for the value of tokens is determined based on the token’s free-market floating price at any given block timestamp. The token has no implied value and any calculations of price are based on various algorithmic factors provided by decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap and Sushiswap. In the event of price differentials between exchanges, we will base our token denominations for prizes awarded based on the highest quoted decentralized exchange price at the time of the drawing.
- Winners must have an active Ethereum wallet to receive the ETHi token, like Metamask.
- All promotions and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Ethical Finance and its licensors.
- Any and all content We produce is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country of origin and foreign countries that permit the use of Twitter.
- Our trademarks and trade associations may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ethical Finance.
